Would Military of USA allow outside forces to enter and enforce say "Marshal Law" on US citizens?

The fact is that the US. is the land of thieves. The US lawmakers are thieves issuing theif laws, yeah, for black and white Americans to steal others', yeah sometime they steal each other's. Yeah, the US law system is the thief system. Americans always use the thief laws to steal others' and claiming that it's legal. That makes America be a counterfeit country. As the fact shows, thieves can live in America comfortably.
