Can we all learn from Joplin Missouri?
First of all the people in Katrina had more than two weeks warning to get out. The so called slow response after the storm had to do with the #1 rule in any rescue, put the safety of the rescuer first. It is a wotld of difference between ample notice and sudden destruction. Next, the current president is more interested in reelection efforts than the health of our country. We recently had devastating storms in Alabama, currently under Republican majority, and he came to where the money is but left out " his own people" ( this is a direct quote) so his actions are motivated by personal gain reguardless of racial or ethnic background. He will even go as far as taking credit for the jobs that were created by the hand of God by these disasters which would be there if Elmer J. Fudd were in office. Which ever way the wind blows, no matter who runs next, vote him out or face the continuation of the downfall of this UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! ! Racist - probably, self serving---/ DEFINITELY.
