How to deodorize a hoarder's house?
It could be a big job to deodorize...might be better calling in a smoke/fire damage company. You'd probably have to paint all the wood subflooring after removing carpets with shellac to seal in pet urine odors and wash walls/repaint with shellac primer and paint to seal in cigarette odors. Open up all the doors and windows for several days or a few weeks and run fans...fresh air is a great deodorizer although it won't remove some odors completely. Some companies offer to deodorize using ozone generators....mixed reviews. I'd go with sealing/painting with shellac and shellac- based primers such as Zinsser Bullseye ...home centers carry it and other brands...they can advise on best products and soap products like TSP.
