What type of county or state license/certificate is needed to do small home repairs for people.?

looking to do something with myself now that i'm out of work and want to know what do I need to do to be qualified to do work on existing structures (not new construction). Apparently, in Collier County, Florida where I live, a handyman license doesn't cover people to do electrical, plumbing, or replacing things like windows and doors. It only allows people to do things like cleaning, changing light bulbs, mowing lawns and things like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
