When will people stop relying on the government so much?

the people of new orleans are still asking the government to help them years after katrina . and the government . still hasn't helped the ppl of new orleans . and they never well couas the gov. does not care about us . its up to us the people to help each other . the only thing the gov. can help you with is to miss your life up . even worse then it already was .
