I need a little help with the economic question.?

these are good and thought provoking questions with no pat answer. From my humble opinion I don't know that the price of Army boots ever fell since the manufacturers always charge the highest price they can if the government is going to buy them for the military. About the fish, well Catholics still love fish, still have fish frys and it doesn't matter if it's on a Friday or not. I don't think fish prices fell because now there's fish oil in pill form so the industry didn't suffer. I don't know that the increase in gasoline taxes lowered consumption of gasoline because it's been up and down and the problems overseas and also their wanting to control our moving around at times are more reasons for the price changes. As far as New Orleans is concerned well sure there were lots of construction people in the area but that area still is not totally built up. So maybe there were workers but I don't know what they got paid but I don't know if any wages at all went up but there is a minimum wage there as well as all over the USA.
