2009 9.9HP Mercury Outboard alternator charging battery?
I just bought a 2009 9.9HP Mercury outboard motor. The motor comes with electrical start. It comes standard with a 6amp/76watt alternator. My question is, will this charge my marine battery? I'm sure the 6amp is only at full throttle and not at trolling.
