You are correct, and the Katrina "victims" are still whining and getting help. By the way, Katrina wiped out way more than just the 9th ward in New Orleans, but nobody elsewhere whined. There was another hurricane that year named Rita that wiped out entire towns. You only hear about the poor black folks because they constantly whine for handouts.
