Handyman, plumber...help! Is there a toilet with 11" rough cut out there?

10" and 12" are industry standards how toilets are made. The only other solution is an offset flange. if your rough is 11" only a 10" will work in it's place. Non of the new fancy toilets are built for a 10" rough.
